1. Scope of Use
The BDR GROUP B2B portal is intended exclusively for legal entities and their authorized representatives. Use is permitted only within the scope of valid contractual relations.

2. Access and Responsibility
Access is granted after verification of the legal entity’s status. The account is personal. The user bears full responsibility for all actions performed under their account. Transfer of access to third parties is prohibited.

3. Information and Prices
All data regarding products, prices, and availability is for informational purposes only, does not constitute a public offer, and may be changed without prior notice.

4. Orders
Placing an order does not constitute its acceptance. An order is considered confirmed only after approval by a BDR GROUP manager.

5. Payment and Delivery
Payment and delivery terms are defined by the contract. In case of outstanding debt, BDR GROUP has the right to suspend shipments and restrict access to the portal.

6. Returns and Claims
Returns and warranty claims are accepted in accordance with applicable legislation, the contract, and BDR GROUP internal regulations.

7. Confidentiality
Prices, stock levels, and commercial information are confidential and may not be shared with third parties.

8. Restrictions
Unauthorized access, automated data collection, and any interference with the operation of the Service are prohibited.

9. Changes to the Rules
BDR GROUP reserves the right to amend these Rules unilaterally. The current version is available in the B2B portal.
